As part of its investigation into money laundering, the Enforcement Directorate is reportedly searching around ten locations, including the personal secretary's apartment of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other places linked to the Aam Aadmi Party.
According to reports, Rajya Sabha member ND Gupta, and former DJB member Shalabh Kumar are also being raided by Enforcement Directorate.

The investigation agency filed a court complaint in Delhi against the AAP national convenor for failing to appear for its summons five times in a case related to the excise policy matter, which is when the most recent development occurred.

On February 3, the Enforcement Directorate filed a charge against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Rouse Avenue Court for failing to appear at the time of the agency's summons in connection with the money laundering case involving the Delhi liquor policy.

Following her hearing of the submissions on Saturday, Divya Malhotra, the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, set a date of February 7 for the remaining submissions and the agency's new complaint to be reviewed.

ED on February 3 filed a fresh complaint case under Section 190 (1)(a) Cr.P.C. r/w. Section 200 Cr.P.C., 1973 r/w. Section 174 IPC, 1860 r/w. Section 63 (4) of PMLA, 2002 for non-attendance in compliance with Section 50, PMLA, 2002.

Meanwhile, reacting to the raids, Delhi Minister Atishi said that for the last 2 years, AAP leaders are being threatened. In the name of this so-called liquor scam, someone's house is raided, someone gets summons and someone is arrested...Even after hundreds of raids in two years, ED has not been able to recover even a single rupee. Even after two years, ED has not found any concrete evidence and the court has also repeatedly asked that evidence should be presented..."
