An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 hit the Bay of Bengal on Tuesday morning, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NSC).
Briefing about the earthquake, the NCS stated that it occurred at 5:32 am on Tuesday and at a depth of 10 km.
Taking it to X, the NCS said, “The National Center for Seismology reported that a 4.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Bay of Bengal at 05:32 am today.”
