New Delhi: Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud noted on Saturday that people are so fed up with court cases that all they want is a settlement, emphasizing the function of Lok Adalats as an alternate conflict resolution process. Lok Adalats are forums for the amicable settlement or compromise of issues and disputes that are either pending in court or at the pre-litigation stage.
