With a sharp reaction to AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj's contradictory statement, Swati Maliwal on Monday slammed Bhardwaj saying that they should divert their attention from women’s clothes and buttons and concentrate on work. The tweet from Maliwal has come after AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj through a social media post shared the images of Maliwal saying, "These blatant contradictions are enough to discharge Bibhav Kumar in this case. Any reasonable person can see through the lies being propagated." 

She further lashed out at Bhardwaj saying, “I didn't expect you to stoop to this level..!”

Delhi Police seizes CCTV DVR from Arvind Kejriwal’s residence

Meanwhile, in a major development in the alleged assault case of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, a team of Delhi Police officials reached the residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and seized the CCTV DVR on Sunday.

According to the sources, the team accompanied by forensic specialists, gathered evidence regarding the alleged attack on party MP Swati Maliwal. Three additional officers and Additional DCP (north) Anjitha Chepyala headed the police squad that went to the chief minister's home in Civil Lines. Five forensic specialists were with them.

As per sources of Delhi Police, they did not receive proper CCTV footage to analyze the sequence of the crime, due to which the DVR has been confiscated. Soon after seizing the same, a seizure memo was issued to the CM residence.

The Delhi Police has arrested Kejriwal’s personnel aide, Bibhav Kumar, and sent him into five-day police custody in the alleged assault of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Countering to Maliwal’s complaint, Bibhav also lodged a counter-complaint accusing her of gaining ‘unauthorized entry’ in CM’s residence and ‘verbally abusing’ him.
