He will emphasize continuity from the New Delhi Leaders Declaration and Voice of the Global South Summit hosted earlier by India. This visit, the first by an Indian prime minister to Guyana since 1968, underscores Indias commitment to deepening ties with the Caribbean region.In addition to addressing Guyanas Parliament and interacting with the Indian diaspora, Modi will participate in the second CARICOM-India Summit in Georgetown.
