The maximum temperature on Friday reached 40.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature remained at a typical 28.4 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels fluctuated between 47 to 72 percent throughout the day.Weather on Weekend Looking ahead, the weather is expected to clear up starting Saturday, with temperatures rising gradually. On Saturday, the maximum is predicted to reach 41 degrees Celsius, and by Sunday, it could escalate to 43 degrees Celsius. Heat wave conditions are forecasted for June 24th and 25th, with temperatures potentially soaring to 44 degrees Celsius during these days.Meteorologists anticipate clouds returning on June 26th, accompanied by strong winds, with temperatures hovering around 43 degrees Celsius. Theres a possibility of dust storms and light rain on June 27th, with temperatures reaching up to 42 degrees Celsius.Monsoon expected in Delhi NCR Monsoon is expected to arrive in Delhi between June 27th and 30th. Changes in wind patterns around June 25th are likely to bring down temperatures and increase humidity, with light pre-monsoon showers expected on June 25th and 26th, signaling the imminent arrival of monsoon.
