New Delhi: In a shocking incident from the Ranhola area of Delhi, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped at knifepoint by her 40-year-old neighbor. The crime reportedly occurred while the victims mother was not at home. The accused is currently absconding, and the police have launched a manhunt to apprehend him.The Delhi police received information about the incident at 4 PM on Friday. According to the victim, the accused entered her home armed with a knife and forced her to undress. After touching her inappropriately, the girl began to scream, prompting the accused to flee. Before leaving, he threw money at her and threatened her not to disclose the assault.Probe on the situation Authorities have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
