Delhi man dies due to drowning at Noida's GIP water park under suspicious circumstances

A 25-year-old man died on Sunday after he used the slide at a water park in Noida's Great India Place Mall. The deceased is identified as Dhananjay Maheshwari, he complained of having trouble breathing after he used the slide. He was immediately taken to the hospital through an ambulance, where the doctors declared him dead.

According to media reports, a young man died under suspicious circumstances on Sunday in a water park in Noida. Police gave this information. Police said that the incident took place in the water park of GIP Mall located in Sector-38A in Sector-39 police station area. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone I) Manish Kumar Mishra said that Dhananjay Maheshwari (25), resident of Adarsh ​​Nagar, Delhi, had reached here with his friends Anshul Gupta, Raghav Gupta, Sagar Gupta and Piyush Lamba.

Family accused he had injuries

He told that as soon as Maheshwari came down after 'sliding', he started having trouble breathing, after which the management there admitted Maheshwari to a nearby hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. However, late in the evening, family members alleged that Maheshwari had injury marks on his legs and waist.
