The Delhi Police arrested the accused in the Parliament security breach case Mahesh Kumawat on Saturday. He was also part of the conspiracy to launch an attack on Lok Sabha, confirmed Delhi Police. The accused was tracked down by the officials and later arrested after hours of questioning.
The news agency PTI reported the accused has been sent to 7-day police custody by a Delhi court after his arrest on Saturday.

Mahesh was in Delhi on the day of the attack on the Parliament when two persons breached the security by entering the Lok Sabha and threw smoke bombs during the session.
As per media reports, Lalit Jha the mastermind of the entire attack on Lok Sabha, had fled to Mahesh's hideout in Rajasthan. Mahesh is also responsible for destroying the mobile phones of the four accused, who were arrested earlier on Thursday in the Parliament security breach case.

Delhi Police officials added that Mahesh Kumawat was in contact with Neelam Devi as well, who had been protesting outside the Lower House when others launched the smoke bomb attack inside the Lok Shabha.
Meanwhile, Mahesh's cousin Kailash is also being interrogated by the Delhi Police in relation to the case, however has not been arrested yet.
Two people jumped from the public gallery into the main hall on December 13 and threw smoke cannisters inside the Lower House. It surprised all the MPs present in the house.
Meanwhile, outside, two others of their group - Neelam Devi and Amol Shinde were making a scene. They tossed colourful smoke bombs and yelled “tanashahi nahi chalegi.”
Turns out, the accused wanted to create anarchy and make the government listen to their demand. The police were quick and arrested all six people till now.
