New Delhi: The anticipatory bail request of Puja Khedkar, a trainee IAS officer who is suspected of adopting dishonest methods to pass the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) test, was denied by Delhis Patiala House court on Thursday. The Union Public Service Commissions (UPSC) revoked the contentious trainee IAS officers provisional nomination on Wednesday. She was also prohibited by the body from taking any UPSC exams.The UPSC determined that she had violated the CSE-2022 Rules after closely reviewing the records that were available. Her provisional candidacy for the CSE-2022 has been revoked, and she has been permanently disqualified from all UPSC examinations and selections going forward, the organization stated. In the UPSC exams, Puja Khedkar achieved an all-India rank of 821. In response to a complaint made by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Delhi police filed a formal charge against her. Two weeks had passed since Puja Khedkar was removed from the Maharashtra governments District Training Program when the UPSC took action.
