A case was filed against the accused under Section 376 of the IPC and pertinent provisions of the POCSO Act in response to their complaint.Hospitalized but too lateThe victim gave birth close by, and her family has accused the hospital of not admitting her to CHC personnel. A three-person committee headed by Additional District Magistrate Suryakant Tripathi has been formed by District Magistrate Deepak Meena, according to the district information officer, to look into the claims made by the family.The inquiry is still on.
