The hospital's doctors allegedly failed to provide the victim's family with adequate treatment for their newborn.

The shocking crime in pursuit

The expectant girl was brought by her family to Sardhana's community health facility on Friday morning, according to the police. Her pregnancy lasted eight months. Following the death of the victim's kid, the victim's family filed a case against a close relative named Subhash (40) for raping the girl and getting her pregnant, according to Sardhana police station SHO Pratap Singh. A case was filed against the accused under Section 376 of the IPC and pertinent provisions of the POCSO Act in response to their complaint.

Hospitalized but too late

The victim gave birth close by, and her family has accused the hospital of not admitting her to CHC personnel. A three-person committee headed by Additional District Magistrate Suryakant Tripathi has been formed by District Magistrate Deepak Meena, according to the district information officer, to look into the claims made by the family.The inquiry is still on. The victim gets admitted to the women's hospital in the district. It is stated that her condition is steady.

The deceased youngster has been sent for an autopsy and DNA testing by the police. The shocking aspect of this situation is that the victim's family was unaware that she had been pregnant for the previous eight months. The question arose: why did they not file a case against the accused sooner, even if they were aware of it?
