During the auction, four bidders participated in the bidding for one property, with the highest bid reaching Rs 2.01 lakh. The second property had three bidders, and the highest offer stood at 3.28 lakh.

Notably, lawyer Ajay Srivastava, the winner of Dawood's previous auction in 2001, emerged as the successful bidder for the third consecutive time.

Ajay Srivastava is a former Shiv Sena leader and wants to set up Sanatan Dharm Pathshala on the property.
