In a disturbing incident, thousands of radical Islamists gathered outside the historic Dasna Devi Temple on Thursday, pelting stones and raising provocative slogans. The temple, known for being under the leadership of Mahant Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, has faced repeated attacks due to its controversial stand on several issues.

Three arrested for using Hindu names

In a related event, three Muslim men were arrested for allegedly using Hindu names to gain entry into the temple. According to senior police officials, the trio intended to perform in a Ramlila event organized within the temple premises. The incident occurred under the leadership of the controversial head priest, Yati Narsinghanand.

An FIR was registered by the Ghaziabad police at Wave City police station on October 3, initiated by the authorities themselves. The arrests were made following investigations into the men's activities around the temple. Meanwhile, the police have urged people not to spend false rumours.
