New Delhi: In a significant development on Saturday, Sonia Gandhi was unanimously elected as the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) chairperson. The decision was made during a Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, the partys highest decision-making body, convened by Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge at the party headquarters in New Delhi.What was decided in the CWC meetingThe meeting, chaired by Mallikarjun Kharge, was attended by prominent leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, among others.
