A shocking and cruel incident has come to light from Tripura where a woman allegedly strangled her 9-year-old son as she was frustrated with his disobedient behavior. The incident has surfaced from Agartalas Joynagar.According to the preliminary investigation, the woman has been identified as Suprabha Bal, who has confessed to the crime. She was sitting with the body of her son when the police reached the spot after getting the information about the horrific act. Suprabha, who works as a construction worker has been arrested by the police. During the investigation, the accused woman also revealed that she was the only person to raise her son, as her husband was missing and her daughter was married. In her statement, she also disclosed that she was upset over her sons incessant misbehavior as he used to steal money and neglected his studies. Police have recovered the rope and the bamboo stick from the incident spot, which probably was being used for murder.Another similar incident was surfaced few days back from Gujarats Kheda, where a female was killed in a love affair at Hadeva village in Matar. According to the sources, the accused youth insisted on taking the woman with him, but strangled her to death when she refused.
