ACP Mohsin Khan of Kanpur Police has stated that Brij Kishore likely died from a heat stroke, though the exact cause will be confirmed after the post-mortem report. Khan explained that the video might have been intended to document the head constable's name and batch number. However, he assured that the matter is under investigation, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings.
