J-K News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly condemned the Congress and National Conference (NC) alliance on Friday, criticizing the recent resolution passed in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly advocating for the restoration of Article 370. PM Modi alleged that this action was part of a larger conspiracy by the Congress-led INDI alliance against the union territory.

"Once Congress and the INDI alliance gained a foothold in Jammu and Kashmir, they immediately launched conspiracies against Kashmir," Modi declared at a rally in Dhule, Maharashtra. He further emphasized, "Two days ago, they passed a resolution in the J&K legislative assembly to restore Article 370."

BJP MLAs ejected from assembly for opposing resolution

The resolution, which opposes the revocation of Article 370, was passed on Wednesday by voice vote, with BJP legislators openly opposing it. PM Modi pointed out that BJP MLAs who stood against the resolution were forcibly removed from the assembly. “Banners in support of Article 370 were displayed in the Jammu and Kashmir parliament.

The Congress alliance pushed through a resolution to reinstate Article 370,” Modi remarked. “Will the nation accept this? When BJP MLAs resisted this with all their strength, they were picked up and thrown out of the assembly. The whole country must understand the reality of Congress and its alliance,” he added, stressing that the nation would not accept any move to reinstate Article 370.

Only Dr. Ambedkar’s Constitution Will Prevail in Kashmir

Modi was resolute in his commitment to preventing any attempts to bring back Article 370, stating, "As long as Modi is here, Congress won't achieve anything in Kashmir. Only Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s Constitution will govern there. No force can reintroduce 370," he affirmed. He reiterated that abrogating Article 370 was his tribute to Dr. Ambedkar.

The restoration of Article 370 and statehood for Jammu and Kashmir were among the central promises of the National Conference's election manifesto. Modi accused the INDI alliance of exploiting these issues to disrupt unity and provoke communities.

Congress and Allies Accused of Targeting Dalit and Tribal Rights

In Nashik, Modi accused Congress and its allies of seeking to replace Dr. Ambedkar’s Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir. He claimed the alliance’s actions threaten the rights and reservations of Dalits and the Valmiki community, labeling it a "conspiracy" against the Constitution, backward classes, and tribal communities. "By abrogating Article 370, I implemented Dr. Ambedkar’s Constitution in Kashmir, and this remains my greatest tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar," Modi stated.
