Parliaments Privileges Committee on Wednesday has revoked the suspension of Senior Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, after recording his statement. According to the sources, the house unanimously adopted a resolution to revoke the suspension. According to the sources, the Congress leader recorded his statement before Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi who tabled a motion seeking Chowdhurys suspension citing disruptive behaviour.As per information, Chowdhury expresses regret over certain remarks made by him at the house against PM Narendra Modi during the monsoon session. The resolution to suspend Chowdhury from the Lower House was passed by a voice vote.“The Committee has adopted a resolution to revoke the suspension of Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury from the Lok Sabha.
