Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has now launched a scathing attack on Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi, who is in trouble for praising Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. CM Yogi said on Wednesday that 'If SP is unable to handle its MLA, then send him to UP, we will get the rest of the treatment done.' CM Yogi said that a person who is not proud of the tradition of Shivaji Maharaj and considers ruthless, cruel and temple-destroyer Aurangzeb as his ideal, should not have the right to live in India. CM Yogi said that SP should refute the statement given by Azmi.

Attacking Azmi, the UP CM further said that 'There is a leader of Samajwadi Party, that scoundrel likes Aurangzeb, he calls Aurangzeb his ideal, if you have the courage then expel him from the party. SP should denounce that leader and expel him from the party, otherwise call him here. Uttar Pradesh treats such people well. Dr. Lohia had said that Lord Rama, Krishna and Shankar are the basis of Indian culture.
Today Samajwadi Party has gone away from the principles of Dr. Lohia, today they have accepted Aurangzeb as their ideal. Aurangzeb's father Shah Jahan had written that God should not give such children to anyone.The CM said that Aurangzeb was an attacker on the faith of India, he came to Islamise India, no civilised person names his child Aurangzeb.
He said that 'I heartily congratulate the citizens of Prayagraj and Kashi who welcomed the guests/devotees for more than fifty days. Only those who have participated in this event can discuss about Kumbh. Lord Krishna said in the Bhagavad Gita that I appear in the form in which one remembers me. This event is expected to benefit the economy of Uttar Pradesh by more than Rs 3.5 lakh crore.
