The newly elected chief minister of Haryana, Nayab Saini on Wednesday won the floor test of his government. The development has come just a day after Saini took oath as eleventh chief minister of the state after resignation of Manohar Lal Khattar and BJP broke its alliance with Jannayak Janta Party (JJP).

It is worth to be noted that Dushyant Chautala issued whip to its MLAs to remain absent from the state assembly during the voting. Despite that, four JJP MLAs, Jogi Ram Sihag, Ishwar Singh, Ramkumar Gautam and Devendra Babli broke ranks and arrived in the state Assembly. Later, the four JJP MLAs and an Independent MLA, Balraj Kundu, left the House, as per sources.
