A video has been circulating online of the CISR exams, where cheating can be seen being done in a center in Dehradun. The video showcases candidates openly using phones, while on the other hand, invigilators and supervisors help students fill out the paper even after the exams are over. This incident adds to the controversy surrounding exam irregularities under the National Testing Agency (NTA).
