CCTV footage reveals assault on Rajasthani woman during morning walk

In a shocking incident from Bengaluru's Konanakunte, a Rajasthani woman was groped and assaulted by an unidentified man in the early hours of August 2. The victim, who was waiting for a friend to join her for a morning walk, was attacked around 5 a.m. A horrifying CCTV footage of the assault has surfaced online, capturing the disturbing event.

The footage shows the assailant creeping up and groping the woman. Despite her attempts to escape, the man pursued her, covering her mouth in an attempt to sexually assault her. In a desperate effort to protect herself, the woman screamed loudly, which eventually scared the perpetrator away. Interestingly, the neighborhood dogs began barking furiously just before the man arrived, almost as if they sensed the danger and were warning the woman.

Police launch manhunt for attacker

The police have initiated a manhunt for the suspect and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Authorities are also reviewing additional CCTV footage from the vicinity to help identify the assailant. The victim, although shaken, is safe, thanks to her quick thinking and the timely intervention of the barking dogs.
