The arrested accused is Rajeev Mehta, whom the CBI team succeeded in bringing back to India from the USA with the help of the foreign organization Interpol.The CBI had taken action against the accused, Rajiv Mehta, by declaring him a fugitive by the Special Court on June 16, 2000 and then issued a Red Corner Notice against him.
