In order to facilitate human trafficking, the Wagner Group, Russia's private army, hired up to 20 Indians. These agents have been identified and charged by the Central Bureau of Investigation.

CBI dives in the sea of mystery

"There is a tremendous deception in the name of jobs in Russia," stated Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal during a press briefing. Yesterday, the CBI conducted searches in numerous places, seized evidence, and busted a significant human trafficking network. Many agents are the subject of a registered case of human trafficking.

Jaiswal went on to warn Indians not to fall for these agents' false pretenses. "There is a risk to your life and danger here. We are making preparations to bring back Indians who are working as support troops in the Russian Army.

CBI's new findings!

The CBI searched fifteen locations on Thursday in an effort to find the operatives who had fooled Indian citizens into paying for admission to private Russian institutions and posing as 'army aides.' However, as soon as they arrived in Russia, their passports were confiscated, and they were made to participate in the war against Ukraine on the battlefield.

The foundings

Along with CCTV video, laptops, mobile phones, and incriminating documents, the CBI also confiscated cash worth Rs 50 lakh from the agents. Thus far, the conflict has claimed the lives of two individuals: Mohammed Afsan from Hyderabad and Hemil Ashwinbhai Mangukiya from Gujarat.
