Due to the large crowd, some of the worshipers offering Friday prayers sat down on the road to pray, but then some policemen came and started misbehaving. During this time, there was a large crowd in the mosque, and worshipers were still coming. During this time, some namazis, seeing the crowd, spread sheets on the road and started offering namaz there.

Just then, two policemen arrive there and are seen misbehaving with people to remove them from the road. Seeing this, not only the people offering Namaz but the people around them start asking questions and giving answers to the police. During this time, the matter escalates so much between both parties that a riot-like situation arises.

In Delhi's Indralok, the police stopped people from offering Namaz on the road and even beat up the Namazis.The video that is going viral regarding this is being used by people to incite communal sentiments; however, everyone is advised not to take it in the wrong way. At present, the situation remains tense, and people are looking for options to take legal action on it.

Outpost in-charge suspended

After this incident, the police post in-charge seen in the video going viral has been suspended by Delhi Police with immediate effect. Also, necessary disciplinary action is being taken. Whereas, after the police action, the roads near Indralok Mosque have been opened.
