Burqa-clad men rob jewelry store, stab owner under neck; Video surfaces

New Delhi: A shocking daylight robbery unfolded at Shree Jagdamba Jewellers in Hyderabad's Medchal on Thursday. The incident occurred when two assailants disguised in burqas entered the store and launched a sudden attack on the owner. Reports suggest that the owner was stabbed under the neck as the robbers entered his shop and fled with valuables.

Gold robbery investigation 

The attackers reportedly made a strong demand for gold from the retailer and were able to take off with some of the jewelery before running away. The CCTV footage from the store caught the entire sequence of events, which is vital evidence for the current police inquiry.
