New Delhi: A shocking incident of extortion has been exposed in Uttar Pradeshs Bulandshahr district, where a hospital compounder named Nitish fell victim to a deceitful trap. He was enticed by a woman to enter a private room, only to be ambushed by a group of men and women who forced him with false accusations of rape. The extortionists then demanded a hefty ransom of Rs 1.5 lakh from Nitish, threatening to send him to jail if he failed to fulfill their demands. Gang uses police sub-inspector to threaten victimThe situation escalated when the gang pulled in a local police sub-inspector to help them scam Nitish. The sub-inspector told Nitish that someone had filed a complaint against him and suggested that he pay up to avoid getting arrested.
