Breaking! After Rameshwaram Cafe blast, Karnataka govt gets bomb threat

The email has been sent by a person names Shahid Khan. However, no arrest has been made so far.

Just a few days after an explosion rocked the Bengaluru’s Rameshwaram Café which has injured 10 people, the Karnataka government on Tuesday received a bomb threat email for more explosions on Saturday afternoon. 

According to the sources, the email states that an explosion will rock the city at 2:48 pm on Saturday. The content was also targeting the chief minister Siddaramaiah, deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar, the home minister and Bengaluru police commissioner. The person who has sent the email has been identified as Shahid Khan, however, no arrest has been made yet. 

The email also threatens to carry out explosion on the Ambari Utsav. Meanwhile, the probe has been initiated.

It is to be noted that the email has been sent few hours after Mohammad Rasool, a man from Hyderabad threatened to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
