Uttar Pradesh: BJP leader shot dead over land dispute, Police nabs three suspects

In the Sambhal district's Chandausi police station area, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker was shot and hurt, according to police on Sunday. An FIR has been filed in the case, according to a police official, and the three suspects have been detained and are being questioned. 

Supritendent states 

Kuldeep Singh Gunawat, the superintendent of police for Sambhal, stated that at approximately 11 p.m. on Saturday, word spread that a man suffering from gunshot wounds was laying wounded on Bahjoi Road. According to Gunawat, the injured man was identified as Chandausi resident Prem Pal (55), who was admitted by the police to the district hospital. He claimed that Prempal works for the Scheduled Caste Front, a branch of the BJP.

Bullet wound that left a mark 

He claimed that a bullet wound from behind left a mark on his shoulder. According to the Superintendent of Police, Prempal has been referred to a Moradabad hospital. According to him, Premlal had filed a complaint against Dilip, Shyam Lal, and Hemant; as a result, a case had been filed against the three in accordance with the applicable sections.
