In a shocking allegation, a senior BJP leader from Tamil Nadu has accused a state minister’s driver and his associates of sexually assaulting a college student. The leader further claimed that the accused blackmailed the victim using video footage of the crime, while the state police have allegedly been covering up the incident.

Selva Kumar, vice president of the BJP's industrial wing in Tamil Nadu, took to social media on Monday to make the serious accusations. According to his statement, the driver in question worked for Tamil Nadu's School Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi. Kumar alleged that the driver, along with his friends, "sexually abused a college girl, recorded the crime, and used the video to repeatedly blackmail and exploit her."

The BJP leader expressed frustration with the lack of police action, claiming the case has been deliberately stalled due to the involvement of a high-profile minister’s staff. "The victim approached the office of the Superintendent of Police to file a complaint," Kumar stated. "However, no action has been taken so far, possibly because the police are busy covering up these crimes due to the connection with the minister’s driver."

Kumar also criticized Chief Minister MK Stalin, accusing him of attempting to divert public attention away from the incident. The allegations have sparked outrage, with many calling for a thorough investigation into the claims.

As of now, neither the state government nor the minister in question has issued an official response to these allegations. The case is expected to gain further attention as calls for justice and transparency grow louder.
