New Delhi: A disturbing incident has emerged from Purnia, Bihar, where a government teacher Rajesh found himself at the center of a controversy. Villagers forcibly married him to his girlfriend after catching him in a compromising position while his wife was away. Rajesh, a father of two children was involved in a personal scandal that took a dramatic turn when residents intervened and compelled him to tie the knot with his girlfriend.

Video surfaces on social media 

The video footage of the incident shows Rajesh being led by an angry mob to a local temple. The footage captures the tense atmosphere as Rajesh and his girlfriend Savita are taken to the temple under duress. The residents upset by Rajesh's ongoing affair, decided to intervene when his wife left for her parental home for the Rakshabandhan festival. The couple at the temple, surrounded by a crowd of locals who are seen participating in the ceremony.
