The accused, identified as Deepak, had recently been involved in a heated argument with his wife, Laxmi. Following the altercation, Laxmi left their home and moved to her parental house in Bihari Bigha, Pandarak. Despite Deepaks repeated efforts to reconcile and bring Laxmi back, she refused to return, leading him to visit her at her parents home in a final attempt to resolve their differences.Fatal confrontationUpon arriving at his in-laws house, Deepak tried to persuade Laxmi to return with him. When his efforts failed, the situation escalated, and an argument broke out between the couple. In a fit of rage, Deepak pulled out a pistol and shot Laxmi. As the altercation unfolded, Laxmis sister, Gudiya, attempted to intervene but was also shot by Deepak.Suicide after double shootingAfter shooting both women, Deepak turned the gun on himself, firing a fatal shot to his temple.
