Big Win for Mosque Committee: High Court Allows Shahi Jama Masjid in Sambhal to Be Painted

Win for Mosque Committee: Allahabad High Court has given a big decision related to Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal. The court has accepted the appeal of the Masjid Committee while hearing the case of painting and whitewashing in Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal.

Allahabad High Court has partially accepted the application of the Masjid Committee. Allahabad High Court has given permission to the Masjid Committee to paint the Masjid. The court has given permission to the Masjid Committee to paint only the outer walls of the Masjid.

Big Win for Mosque Committee

The High Court said that lightning can also be installed on the outer wall of the mosque, but this has to be done without causing any damage to the structure. The mosque committee had filed a civil revision petition in the High Court to get the painting done. A single bench of Justice Rohit Ranjan Agarwal has given this order on the petition.
