In a grand display of political power and family tradition, senior BJP leader and former MP Kuldeep Bishnoi is planning a lavish wedding celebration for his son, Bhavya Bishnoi, an MLA from the Adampur assembly constituency. The wedding is expected to draw over 1.5 lakh guests, with events planned in Udaipur, Pushkar, Adampur, and Delhi.

Bhavya Bishnoi to tie the knot with IAS fiance Pari Bishnoi

Bhavya, the BJP MLA from the Adampur assembly constituency, is set to marry Pari Bishnoi, an IAS officer of the Sikkim cadre. The wedding ceremony will take place on December 22nd in Udaipur, followed by receptions in Pushkar (Rajasthan) on December 24th, Adampur (Haryana) on December 26th, and New Delhi on December 27th.

The Bishnoi family has a long history of political dominance in Adampur, with Bhavya's grandfather, former Haryana Chief Minister Bhajan Lal, winning the assembly seat from there in 1968. The legacy has continued through the generations, with Kuldeep himself winning the seat three times and his wife, Renuka, holding it for a brief period. Bhavya recently followed suit, winning a by-election in 2022 after his father resigned from the Congress to join the BJP.

Here are wedding details:

Speaking about the wedding festivities, Kuldeep shared details of the planned receptions. He expects 30-50 thousand guests at the Pushkar event, catering specifically to guests from Rajasthan. The Adampur reception is expected to be the largest, attracting over one lakh guests. Finally, the Delhi reception will cater to a smaller group of 2,500-3,000 invitees, including prominent Central leaders.

The choice of Pushkar as a reception venue is attributed to two factors: firstly, the bride's family hails from Rajasthan, and secondly, Kuldeep's recent appointment as the BJP's co-in-charge for the state's November 25th elections, which the party won convincingly.

Before the receptions, Kuldeep personally visited all 55 villages in the Adampur assembly segment and 31 villages in the Nalwa constituency to extend invitations to the residents. He follows in the footsteps of his father, who performed a similar gesture before Kuldeep's wedding in 1991. The inclusion of the Nalwa villages is explained by their previous inclusion within the Adampur constituency before delimitation.

Overall, Bhavya and Pari's wedding promises to be a grand celebration, reflecting the family's political legacy and Kuldeep's growing stature within the BJP.
