Bharat Shakti: The military exercise "Bharat Shakti" will be witnessed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and representatives from forty countries on Tuesday at the Pokhran field shooting range in the Jaisalmer area. All three of the defense forces' weaponry will be operationally ready for the military exercise, showcasing the lethality of their native weapons.
PM Modi is expected to arrive at 1:45 pm to watch the Bharat Shakti exercise, according to reports. The exercise will take place near the Indo-Pak Border in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

UAVs/drones, precision-guided missiles, lighter weaponry, communication systems, automatic spectrum monitoring systems, and other similar technologies will all be tested during the exercise. This exercise will primarily include T90 (IM) tanks, Dhanush and Sarang gun systems, Akash weapon systems, robotic mules, advanced light helicopters (AHL), logistics drones, and other weapons to demonstrate enhanced surface warfare and aerial survey capabilities.
Air vehicles, anti-ship missiles, and expandable aerial targets will all be on display by the Indian Navy. Light utility helicopters, advanced light helicopters, and combat aircraft Tejas will all be on display by the Indian Air Force. There will be displays of DRDO and other weaponry, explosives, and other private-sector-created items.
PM Modi is expected to speak with BJP members, young people, and women in the Pokhran Assembly constituency following the military exercise. About a thousand individuals, including 700 local women and youth, are expected for the program, according to BJP officials and the district administration.
The chiefs of the three armed forces, senior police officers, national security advisor Ajit Doval, union minister of agriculture Kailash Choudhary, chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, union minister of defense Rajnath Singh, and union minister of jal shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat will be present to witness the military exercise in addition to Prime Minister Modi.
In the same visit PM Modi will be making his way to Gujarat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the ₹1,200 crore Mahatma Gandhi Sabarmati Ashram restoration project's groundbreaking ceremony on March 12. The date also marks the anniversary of the beginning of the renowned Dandi March, popularly known as the Salt Satyagraha.
The Sabarmati Ashram project involves restoring historic structures built in 1917. When the ashram was first founded, it was known as the Satyagraha Ashram and covered 120 acres. The project will increase its existing 5 acres to about 55 acres.
