Investigation uncovers affair and murder plot

The investigation began when police analysed the mobile phone details of Rajnesha and discovered that she had been in an extramarital affair with a man named Subhash from the same village. Badri Prasad, the victim, had found out about this illicit relationship and had confronted his wife, which led to frequent quarrels and even physical abuse. But the plot thickened as Rajnesha was not only involved with Subhash but also had relationships with two other men from the village—Parmanand and Anil. Recently, she also got involved with Sahil, a relative of Subhash.

On the night of the murder, Rajnesha called Subhash and orchestrated the plan to kill her husband. Subhash contacted Parmanand, Anil, and Sahil, and together they arrived at Rajnesha's house late at night. As Badri Prasad slept, the group strangled him to death.
