Bengaluru based YouTuber makes unauthorised video inside airport terminal; Here's what happened next...

YouTuber has been arrested by the Bengaluru airport police for breaching security at the city's Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) under the pretext of flying to Chennai.

Vikas Gowda, a 23-year-old YouTuber from Yelahanka in Bengaluru has been apprehended for allegedly entering the premises and recording videos with misleading claims on Wednesday. A complaint has been lodged by a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) official, responsible for airport security. 

What Police has to say? 

North East Division DCP Lakshmi Prasad said, 'YouTuber Vikas Gowda, a resident of Yelahanka, entered the airport illegally. He spent 24 hours near the runway and traveled without a flight ticket. Vikas also recorded a video inside the airport terminal and runway. He posted this video on his YouTube channel and increased the views.

He further said, "The YouTuber has been arrested on the complaint of the Central Industrial Security Force." The arrested person has deleted the video posted on YouTube. However, the gadgets used to shoot the video have been seized.

Further investigations on 

Vikas Gowda was booked under sections 505 (statements conducing to public mischief) and 448 (punishment for house trepass) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). However, further investigations are on.
