Bandit Beauty Kusum Nain, Who Executed 15 in Cold Blood and Fought Phoolan Devi, Dies at 61

Viral News: Notorious bandit beauty Kusma Nain, who once spread terror in the Chambal valley, died during treatment. She was serving a sentence in Etawah district jail. Former dacoit Kusma Nain breathed her last during treatment at Lucknow PGI. A month ago, she was admitted to Etawah district hospital after her health deteriorated. After first aid, Kusma was referred to Saifai Medical University. The team of doctors referred her to Lucknow PGI, where her treatment was going on continuously.

Kusma died during treatment

After undergoing treatment for about a month, Kusma died during treatment at Lucknow PGI. Etawah District Jail Superintendent confirmed the death and said that Kushma was lodged in Etawah District Jail for a long time. She was sent for treatment due to illness, but she died in Lucknow PGI.

Serving Jail for the last few years
Kusma Nain was serving life sentence in Etawah jail for nearly 20 years. The entire gang including notorious dacoit Ramasare alias Fakkad, who was a synonym of terror in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, and his associate former dacoit Sundari Kusma Nain surrendered at Rawatpura outpost of Damoh police station in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh in June 2004. All the members of the gang surrendered unconditionally before the then Superintendent of Police of Bhind, Sajid Farid Shapoo. The gang had committed more than 200 crimes in Uttar Pradesh and 35 crimes in Madhya Pradesh.

U.P and M.P Police announced awards

The Uttar Pradesh police had announced a reward of Rs 20,000 on Kusma Nain and Madhya Pradesh had announced a reward of Rs 15,000. Kusma Nain, an associate of Fakkad, a resident of Kanpur, is a resident of Sirsaklar in Jalaun district. Other members of the gang who surrendered included Ram Chand Vajpayee of Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh, Santosh Dubey, Kamlesh Vajpayee, Bhure Singh Yadav and Manoj Mishra of Etawah, Kamlesh Nishad of Kanpur and Bhagwan Singh Baghel of Jalaun, after which she was serving sentence in Etawah district jail.
