Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the B20 Summit on Sunday where he mentioned that India has an important role to play in an efficient global supply chain and that a Consumer Day should be celebrated. On Sunday, August 27, he suggested that a day in a year be observed as international consumer care day.PM Modi also said that with the success of Chandrayaan-3s safe moon landing on 23 August, India has already started its festive season.He also stressed the importance of consumer care and while addressing the Summit at the national capital asked “Can we talk about consumer care It will send a positive signal and will resolve Consumer rights issues. In this matter maximum integrated approach is needed. I think there is a need for preparing a global framework which should take care of the interests of all stakeholders,” the prime minister said.He had a similar approach to AI and emphasised the importance of using artificial intelligence in an ethical manner as technology disruption is taking place at a rapid rate.India, face of the digital world says ModiModi in his speech on Sunday said that India has a vision of inclusiveness and hence African countries have also been invited to the G20 Summit for their permanent membership.
