New Delhi: A harrowing CCTV footage has come to light from Uttar Pradeshs Ayodhya, in which a male police officer in khakhi uniform can be seen seen misbehaving and molesting a female traffic officer in middle of a busy road. A CCTV footae of teh incident is now going viral across social media platforms.Watch the distressing CCTV footageAs we enter into the CCTV footage, a police official can be seen apprehending a female traffic officer. He stops his motorcycle in front of her and grabs her by her hand. He then forcefully pulls her towards him. They can be seen verbally arguing. The man tries to pull her towards himself. When the traffic officer tries to run away he grabs and pulls her scarf towards him. He again tries to pull her hand towards him. He then gets off from his motorcycle and takes her along for around 30 seconds. Meanwhile a passer-by stops his scooter to see the apparent conflicting duo. The police official can be seen forcefully trying to grab the female traffic police officer. Man identified as UP police constableThe video of the incident was posted by a journalist named Sachin Gupta. He claims that the video is allegedly from Ayodhya where this disgraceful incident occurred. The male police officer is identified as Constable Ankit Yadav as per the post. He wrote, Look at these pictures of Ayodhya. Constable Ankit Yadav comes riding a bike. He blocks the path of a female constable walking on foot. He holds her hand, misbehaves with her and molests her. He forcibly puts pressure on her for marriage. Meanwhile, such incidents pose severe questions owing to integrity of women within the police department.
