In a dramatic turn of events at Patna Junction, a CRPF jawan confronted his wife and her alleged lover, creating a chaotic scene that quickly drew the attention of onlookers. The altercation unfolded on platform number 9 on the evening of October 30, when the jawan discovered his wife—who is a Bihar Police constable—in the midst of an attempt to elope with her lover. The intense exchange, captured on camera by bystanders, has since gone viral on social media, sparking widespread attention.

Violent confrontation in public

Witnesses at the station reported a high-voltage clash as the CRPF jawan caught sight of his wife and her lover. Realising her husband’s presence, the woman attempted to distance herself from the man, who also made an attempt to flee. However, the jawan intervened, cornering the alleged lover and proceeding to slap and kick him in front of a sizable crowd. Initially puzzled by the altercation, onlookers soon pieced together the context of the confrontation.

Viral video highlights public reaction

Rather than stepping in to halt the fight, spectators chose to capture the incident on their phones, with many subsequently sharing the footage online. In the video, the jawan can be seen engaging in a heated argument with his wife after the physical confrontation with her lover. The commotion continued for several minutes before the CRPF jawan finally left the station with his wife, while the other man also hurriedly departed.

Alleged elopement plan

Reports suggest that the woman and her lover were planning to flee to Singrauli on the Link Express. The husband arrived at the station just in time to thwart the escape, sparking the public showdown that ensued. Despite the dramatic incident, there has been no official police intervention reported.
