We demand that education remains under state jurisdiction according to the State Autonomy policy. The resolution specifically called One Nation, One Election an anti-federal policy that threatens democratic principles. TVK also demanded the immediate withdrawal of the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024, which is currently under review by a Joint Parliamentary Committee, branding it as an attack on federalism.Vijay underscored his partys foundational values, emphasizing that TVK is guided by secular and social justice principles inspired by leaders like EVR Periyar and K Kamaraj.
