Arvind Kejriwal is and will remain chief minister: Atishi Marlena as AAP moves SC

New Delhi: In response to the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has affirmed that Kejriwal will continue to serve as the Chief Minister, even while being detained.

Meanwhile, in a tweet AAP miinster Atishi Marlena wrote that the Aam Aadmi Party has moved a quotation quashing the arrest of the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal the financial watchdog Enforcement Directorate (ED).

We have moved the Supreme Court for quashing the arrest of Delhi CM @ArvindKejriwal, by ED. We have asked for an urgent hearing by the Supreme Court tonight itself.

Arvind Kejriwal to continue as chief minister
