Arvind Kejriwal gets insulin in Tihar Jail after sugar level increases

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi has been given insulin in Tihar Jail. According to the sources, the sugar level of Kejriwal was continuously getting high and reached 320. Insulin given for the first time after ED arrest.

Meanwhile, responding on Kejriwal’s health, the Tihar Jail Director General (Prison), Sanjay Beniwal said, "...There is a fixed time for giving food and through a court order, he gets home food. If it takes 5 to 7 minutes till the time it reaches him after checking, it is bound to happen.”

Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money-laundering case linked to the Delhi government's now-scrapped excise policy. He has been lodged in Tihar jail since April 1.
