The AAP MP claims that the charges held by the Enforcement Directorate are unlawfully put on and that the arrest apparently threatens democracy.

ED stikes on AAP! 

After questioning Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for around two hours, the ED brought him to its office late on March 21, which is Thursday. And the court hearing happened in less than a day. ED requested ten days to be questioned at this time, and the judge granted him a six-day remand.
