Armed Men did THIS to young woman at gun point, abandoned her in critical state

At the time of the incident, the victim's family members were working in the fields. When they returned home and saw her in such a condition, they were shocked. They immediately informed the police and pleaded for justice. Regarding the case, Station House Officer (SHO) Pawan Kumar Sonkar stated that during the initial investigation, the young woman had denied the incident.

The Dalmau police station has reported a case of gang rape and assault that occurred in Raebareli district. The victim and her family had gone to the police station to lodge a formal complaint against the accused, requesting swift action.

While the assailants took the girl in another direction, she alleged three men from nearby places snatched her off the farm and got her to an open field where they concealed her mouth with a cloth, and one after the other, each raped her. She alleged that she fainted perhaps due to the brutality. After raping her, they left her naked at the entrance to her abode and decamped meanwhile threatening her with death if she told anyone about it.

Domestics' distress and police response

At the time of the incident, her relatives were in the field. She shocked her family by returning home like this. They rushed to the police for justice.

Station House Officer Pawan Kumar Sonkar said when he first questioned the lady; she had complained that nothing took place. However, he added that if any trace of evidence came up, the police would reactivate the file and take the proper action.

Call for justice and outrage among the people

Ever since the crime happened, there has been dissent within the people of the region. The local people and social organizations are now demanding the arrest of the accused as soon as possible. The administration is under increasing pressure to provide justice for the victim and her family.

Such crimes are indeed a growing bane for society. The government must buckle down to ensure that women can dwell safely and society must join hands to help the victims in the quest for justice.
