Amroha: Brother forces sister to drink alcohol, rapes her, makes obscene video later

New Delhi: A harrowing case of sexual assault and blackmail has surfaced in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, where a 17-year-old girl was allegedly forced to drink alcohol, raped, and later blackmailed by her friend’s brother. The incident, which took place in a village under the Adampur police station area, has sparked outrage in the community.

According to reports, the teenager had visited her friend’s home when the friend’s brother, identified as Vikas Saini, allegedly spiked her drink and coerced her into consuming alcohol. During this time, he secretly recorded a video of her. The accused then used the video to threaten the girl, forcing her into submission by saying he would make the footage public if she resisted. He subsequently raped her under these threats.

The situation escalated on August 15 when Vikas Saini made the private video and chat conversations viral on social media, causing further trauma to the victim. When the incident came to light in the village, the girl’s mother confronted her, leading the victim to disclose the entire ordeal. The family then approached the police to report the crime.

Police station in-charge Shokender Baliyan confirmed that a case has been registered against Vikas Saini. The police have begun their investigation, and the victim has been sent for a medical examination to gather evidence. This incident has sparked widespread condemnation, and the local authorities are under pressure to ensure justice is served swiftly.
