Ajit Pawar, the head of the Nationalist Congress Party, was sworn in as the deputy chief minister of Maharashtra on Sunday. According to Sanjay Raut, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), who asserted on Monday that Pawar would soon succeed Eknath Shinde as the chief minister of Maharashtra. Shinde would soon lose his position as chief minister, according to Raut, and 16 Shiv Sena dissident MLAs would also lose their seats.Raut, while speaking to ANI said that 16 MLAs who were part of the split in Shiv Sena almost a year ago are going to be disqualified soon. “Today I am saying this in front of the camera, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra is going to change.
