UP News: A horrific incident involving the alleged abduction and assault of a 13-year-old girl at a hotel on Fatehabad Road, Agra, has led to the filing of charges against the hotel owners son, Rakesh Rajput. The survivors mother reported the incident on Friday, leading to a case being registered at the Tajganj police station.Promised job turned to nightmareAccording to the complaint, Rakesh Rajput, who resides at Durga Complex, had developed contact with the girl over the phone. Allegedly, he promised her a job at his fathers hotel, with the condition that she would become friends with him. On October 21, he reportedly asked her to meet him at Maruti Chowk, where he then took her to the hotel under false pretenses.Assault and threats with a firearmUpon reaching the hotel, Rakesh is accused of forcibly assaulting the girl and wielding a firearm to intimidate her, threatening to kill her if she resisted. Over a span of two hours, he allegedly assaulted her multiple times and held her captive, subjecting her to severe trauma. Following her release, the girl disclosed her ordeal to her mother, who subsequently filed a complaint.Police investigation underwaySHO Jasbeer Singh confirmed that the survivors medical examination has been conducted, and her statement has been recorded to aid the ongoing investigation.
