After spending 50 days behind bars in Tihar jail, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal emerged with a spirited address at the Aam Aadmi Party's office in Delhi. Flanked by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, as well as Delhi Ministers Atishi Singh and Sanjay Singh, Kejriwal wasted no time in launching scathing criticisms at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of relentless efforts to crush AAP.

Temple Visit Precedes Political Foray

Before his impassioned speech, Kejriwal, accompanied by his wife Sunita Kejriwal and Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann, sought solace at the Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place.

Roadshow Ahead

Later in the day, the emboldened Delhi CM is slated to lead a roadshow in South Delhi alongside Bhagwant Mann, further demonstrating his resolve despite recent legal woes.

Interim Bail and Supreme Court's Conditions

Though granted interim bail till June 1 by the Supreme Court, Kejriwal is obligated to furnish a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and to surrender on June 2, post the conclusion of Lok Sabha campaigning. The apex court's ruling allows him to engage in election activities during the ongoing national polls.

Legal Restrictions and Responsibilities

While out on bail, Kejriwal is barred from discharging official duties as the CM and prohibited from commenting on the case or interacting with any related witnesses. Additionally, he is restricted from visiting the CM's office or the Delhi Secretariat until further notice.

Resilience Amidst Adversity

Despite legal setbacks and political hurdles, Kejriwal's fiery return signals his unwavering commitment to the AAP cause and his determination to fight against what he perceives as unjust suppression. As the electoral battle intensifies, the Delhi CM's resolve remains undiminished, poised to navigate the challenges ahead with resilience and fortitude.
